2008 US Competition Blend

Get the Klatch Roasting espresso used by Heather Perry to finish tied for 2nd at the 2008 US Barista Championships in MN. The blend was the conclusion to our experimental espresso program #8021.

The espresso went through many changes as we perfected our blend, finally deciding it couldn’t get any better than this. Spice, clean citrus, finish of chocolate and berry - so good we competed with it!
