Davids described the espresso by Coffee Klatch Roasting as: "Intense aroma: brandy, chocolate, caramel. In the small cup medium in body but smooth in mouthfeel, crisply pungent yet caramelly sweet, with a tightly knit, understated complexity: brandy, caramel, cedar and flowers, hints of which persist in the roundly rich finish. Masters milk with a gentle, brandied chocolate authority."/

I have been making my own espresso for 2.5 years and tried at least 15 different beans (including Counter Culture, Intelligentsia, Gimme!, Barrington Roast, Java Joe, Peet's, and Gorilla). My favorite used to be Counter Culture, but ever since I tried the Belle espresso, I am hooked. It's really one of the bests - so smooth and sweet, yet deep. Beautiful crema and aroma. I also love the organic espresso from Klatch.
